Lysol is a four piece band from Seattle, Washington who formed in 2015, from the looks of things. Lysol tense, frenetic, and discordant style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and garage rock within their sound. Musically, Lysol can be loosely compared to bands such as Gag, Slices, Kim Phuc, Wiccans, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2015, Lysol have released self-titled three song demo in August of 2015, a two song EP titled Wired/Knucklehead in July of 2016, and two song EP titled Teenage Trance/Chemical Reaction in March of 2018. Soup For My Family is Lysol's debut full-length LP, which was released via Feel It records on July 30th, 2021. On Soup For My Family, Lysol offer up eleven tracks of tense, frenetic, and discordant sounding hardcore, punk, and noise rock. Overall, Soup For My Family makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
