Raw Grip is a three piece band from The Ukraine who formed in 2017. Raw Grip play a killer style of mathy hardcore, punk, and screamo. Musically, Raw Grip can be loosely compared to bands such as Capsule, Off Minor, Calculator, Laurtec, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2017, Raw Grip have released a nine song LP titled Imitation in October of 2017. Kaleidoscope is the band's latest EP, which was released via No Funeral, Dead Red Queen, Surrogate, Fresh Break, and Law Of Cycles records on May 28th, 2021. On Kaleidoscope, Raw Grip offer up five tracks of killer math rock tinged hardcore, punk, and screamo. Overall, Kaleidoscope makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.
