Orphan Donor is a two piece band from Allentown, PA who formed in 2013. Orphan Donor features members of October Skyline, Secret Cutter, and Clouds Collide, so going on that alone, you know you're in for something truly special. Orphan Donor play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of metal, grindcore, and noise within their sound. Musically, Orphan Donor can be loosely compared to bands such as Celeste, Examination Of The..., Malevich, Meth, Ken Mode, Cursed, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2010, Orphan Donor have released a self-titled ten song LP in December of 2010, a split with Get To The Chopper in August of 2012, an eight song LP titled Empty in November of 2013, a split with Pretty Mouth in July of 2014, a seven song EP titled Movements In C in February of 2014, a digital single titled Anxiety in May of 2015, a nine song LP titled Songs For Schizophrenics in January of 2016, and a nine song LP titled Old Patterns in March of 2020. Unraveled is the band's latest LP, which was released via Zegema Beach records on June 11th, 2021. On Unraveled, Orphan Donor offer up seven tracks of killer metal, grindcore, and noise. Overall, Unraveled makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
