Here's an awesome compilation of an amazing line-up of underground and independent bands, musicians, and composers paying tribute to Washington State's Genevieve Castree, who composed albums under the monikers O Paon and Woelv. This amazing tribute includes covers from bands including Cloud Rat, Thou, Mount Eerie, Sheahan Drive, Black Belt Eagle Scout, Nadja, Menace Ruine, among others. V/A O Paon features sixteen tracks of experimental, drone, lo-fi, shoegaze, slowcore, and post metal. Overall, O Paon makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed.
