False Gods is a five piece band from New York who formed in 2015. False Gods play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post metal, doom, and sludge within their sound. Musically, False Gods can be loosely compared to bands such as Neurosis, Old Man Gloom, Eyehategod, The Ditch And The Delta, Northless, Lightbearer, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2015, False Gods have released a five song EP titled Wasteland in April of 2016, a three song EP titled Reports Form Oblivion in November of 2017, and a two song EP titled The Serpent And The Ladder in April of 2019. No Symmetry...Only Delusion is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released on October 16th, 2020. On No Symmetry...Only Delusion, False Gods offer up seven tracks of killer post metal, doom and sludge. Overall, No Symmetry...Only Delusion makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
