Punchline Hunting Season is a three piece band from Antwerp, Belgium who formed in 2013. Punchline Hunting Season play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, math rock, and screamo within their sound. Musically, Punchline Hunting Season can be loosely compared to bands such as The Catalyst, Saetia, older Loma Prieta, Capsule, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2013, Punchline Hunting Season have released a three song demo in October of 2013, a four song EP titled The Ponyclub Tragedy in October of 2015, and a four song EP titled Sleepless in Shokudo in June of 2018. Lonesome In Aisle 7 is the band's latest EP, which was released on cassette via Tomb Tree Tapes and on CD via The Ghost Is Clear records on September 8th, 2020. On Lonesome In Aisle 7, Punchline Hunting Season offer up four tracks of chaotic and volatile sounding post hardcore, math rock, and screamo.
