Moon Pussy is a three piece band from Denver, Colorado, who formed in
2016, from the looks of things. Moon Pussy play a killer style of music
that incorporates elements of punk, grunge, sludge, and noise rock
within their sound. Musically, Moon Pussy can be loosely compared to
bands such as Couch Slut, Jesus Lizard, Melvins, Unsane, Tongue Party,
and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2016, Moon Pussy have
released a self-titled EP in January of 2017 and a fourteen song LP titled Band Meating in January of 2019. This is the
band's latest full-length LP, which was released via The Ghost Is Clear records on October 2nd, 2020.
On their latest full-length LP, Moon Pussy offer up nine tracks of weird, ugly,
filthy, and off-kilter punk, grunge, sludge, and noise rock. Overall, Moon Pussy's latest album makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be
