Expander is a four piece band from Austin, Texas who formed in 2013, from the looks of things. Expander play a completely unhinged, chaotic, and brutal as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of metal, punk, and thrash within their sound. Musically, Expander can be loosely compared to bands such as Necrot, Genocide Pact, Internal Rot, Judiciary, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2013, Expander have released a six song EP titled Laws Of Power in July of 2015, a self-titled two song 7" in November of 2015, a ten song LP titled Endless Computer in September of 2017, and a nine song live LP titled Live Technorat Attack in March of 2018. Neuropunk Boostergang is Expander's latest full-length LP, which was released via Profound Lore records on August 21st, 2020. On Neuropunk Boostergang, Expander offer up ten tracks of completely unhinged, chaotic, and brutal as fuck sounding metal, punk, and thrash.
