VINCAS is a four piece band from Athens, Georgia who formed in 2012. VINCAS play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of punk, post punk, death rock, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, VINCAS can be loosely compared to bands such as The Cramps, The Tunnel, Hawks, Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds, Destruction Unit, Bambara, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2012, VINCAS have released an eleven song LP titled Blood Bleeds in June of 2012 and an eleven song LP titled Deep In The Well in June of 2016. Phantasma is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Learning Curve records on May 29th, 2020. On Phantasma,VINCAS offer up ten tracks of dark and sinister sounding punk, post punk, death rock, and noise rock. Overall, Phantasma makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed.
