Pilori is a four piece band from Rouen, France who formed in 2015. Pilori play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, black metal, and death metal within their sound. Musically, Pilori can be loosely compared to bands such as Fange, Hexis, Hierophant, SVFFER, Deathrite, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2015, Pilori have released a self-titled demo in May of 2016 and a split with Dakhma in October of 2017. À Nos Morts is the band's debut LP, which was released via Abyssal Cult, APB Record, Bad Moon Rising, Black Omega Recordings, Coups de Couteau, GRF Records, Loner Cult Records, Shove, Suspended Soul, Terrain Vague, Ugly And Proud Records, BRC-30 Productions, and Khya Records on May 15th, 2020. On À Nos Morts, Pilori offer up eleven tracks of vicious and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, crust, black metal, and death metal.
