Worst Days is a four piece band from Providence, Rhode Island who formed
in 2015. Worst Days play a killer style of music that incorporates
elements of hardcore, punk, screamo, emoviolence, and powerviolence
within their sound. Musically, Worst Days can be said to be influenced
by bands such as Jerome's Dream, Orchid, Black Kites, Orchid, PG 99, and
other like-minded bands, Since forming in 2015, Worst Days have
released a self-titled demo in December of 2015, a five song EP titled
Separation Anxiety in October of 2016, contributed a track to the
Sad Excuse Of A Man (Providence Food Not Bombs) compilation in February
of 2017, and a three song EP titled Someone Has It Worse in September of 2017. Sleep Paralysis is the band's latest EP, which was
released on April 3rd, 2020. On Sleep Paralysis, Worst Days
offer up three tracks of volatile and caustic sounding hardcore, punk,
screamo, emoviolence, and powerviolence. Overall, Sleep Paralysis
makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly
