Holy shit! This absolutely rips. Autolith is a four piece band from Memphis, Tennessee who formed in 2017. Autolith features members of Sepaph The Light and Shards Of Humanity, Holy Gallows, and Yashira, so going on that alone, you know you're in for some amazing music. Autolith play a brutal and vicious as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, sludge, black metal, and doom within their sound. Musically, Autolith can be loosely compared to bands such as Pharoh, Hexis, Call Of The Void, Sunlight's Bane, Old Man Gloom, Yaujta, Bonedance, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2017, Autolith have released a three song self-titled EP in May of 2017. Caustic Light is the band's latest EP, which was released via Hand Of Death records on March 27th, 2020. On Caustic Light, Autolith offer up five tracks of raw, filthy, and vicious as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, sludge, black metal, and doom. Overall, Caustic Light makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
