Holy Fawn is a four piece band from Arizona who formed in 2015. Holy Fawn play a dark, gloomy, and heavy style of music that incorporates elements of post rock, indie rock, and shoegaze within their sound. Musically, Holy Fawn can be loosely compared to bands such as Slow Crush, True Widow, King Woman, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2015, Holy Fawn have released a digital single titled Amulet in November of 2015, a six song EP titled Realms in December of 2015, a digital single titled Reykur in May of 2016, a digital single titled Arrows in September of 2017, and a ten song LP titled Death Spells in September of 2018. The Black Moon is Holy Fawn's latest EP, which was released via Triple Crown records on January 19th, 2020. On The Black Moon, Holy Fawn offer up three tracks of dark, gloomy, and atmospheric post rock, indie rock, and shoegaze.
