Beach Slang is a four piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in
early 2014. Beach Slang play a dark, melodic, and moody style of punk,
emo, and indie rock. Musically, Beach Slang are complete Jawbreaker
worship, but I mean that in the best possible way because this band
totally blows my mind each time I hear them. Since their inception in
2014, Beach Slang have released a four song EP titled Who Would Ever
Want Anything So Broke in May of 2014, a second four song EP titled
Cheap Thrills On A Dead End Street in September of 2014, a compilation
LP of both 7" called Broken Thrills in April of 2015, a five song
cassette titled Here, I Made For You in October 2015, a ten song LP
titled The Things We Do To Find People Who Feel Like Us in October of
2015, a ten song LP titled A Loud Bash Of Teenage Feelings in September of 2016, a ten song acoustic LP titled Everything Matters But No One Is Listening: Quiet Slang in May of 2018, a two song EP titled MPLS in March of 2019, and a digital single titled Jolly Liver in December of 2019. The Deadbeat Bang Of Heartbreak City is the band's latest full-length
LP, which was released via Bridge 9 records on January 10th, 2020. On The Deadbeat Bang Of Heartbreak City Beach Slang offer up eleven new tracks of dark, moody, and catchy
as hell sounding punk, emo, and indie rock. Overall, The Deadbeat Bang Of Heartbreak City makes for a killer listen. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
