Cara Neir is a two piece band from Dallas, Texas who formed in 2008. Cara Neir play a dark, ominous, oppressive, and atmospheric style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, and black metal within their sound. Musically, Cara Neir can be loosely compared to bands such as Tragedy, Hexis, Protestant, and SVFFER. Since forming in 2008, Cara Neir have released seventeen releases in total, so going on that alone, you know this band is insanely prolific. Part III/Part IV is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released on February 14th, 2019. On Part III/Part IV, Cara Neir offer up eight tracks of vicious as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, crust, and black metal. Overall, Part III/Part IV makes for an awesome listen and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
