Sonance is a four piece band from Bristol, UNited Kingdom who formed in May of 2011. Sonance play a dark, heavy, and atmospheric styleof music that incorporates elements of post metal, doom, and sludge within their sound. Musically, Sonance can be loosely compared to bands such as Cult Of Luna, Isis, Lightbearer, and Year Of No Light. Since their inception in 2011, Sonance have released a two song LP titled Like Ghosts in November of 2012, a five song LP titled Black Flower in December of 2014, a two song LP titled Mirror And Vie, a split LP with Torpor in February of 2016, a five song LP titled Blackflower in December of 2014, a six song LP titled Blister The Maw in February of 2016, and a five song LP titled To Possess You Entirely in November of 2018. Remix And Cover is the band's latest LP, which was released on November 9th, 2019. On Remix And Cover, Sonance offer up eight tracks of experimental noise.
