Child Abuse is a three piece band from Brooklyn, New York who formed in 2005, from the looks of things. Child Abuse play a weird, off-kilter, ugly and unsettling style punk and experimental noise rock. Musically, Child Abuse can be very loosely compared to bands such as Arab On Radar, Brainbombs, Chinese Stars, Child Bite, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2005, Child Abuse have released an eight song LP of early un-released material in June of 2006, a nine song self-titled LP in June of 2007, a six song LP titled Cut And Run in April of 2010, and an experimental noise cassette titled It's My Time in July of 2019. Imaginary Enemy is the band's latest LP, which was released via Skin Graft records on October 18th, 2019. On Imaginary Enemy, Child Abuse offer up seven tracks of harsh, ugly, and unsettling punk and experimental noise rock. Overall, Imaginary Enemy makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
