PUP is a four piece band from Toronto, Ontario who formed in 2011. PUP play a melodic and catchy as hell style of music that incorporates elements of punk, grunge, emo, and indie rock. Musically, PUP can be loosely compared to bands such as The Pixies, Jawbreaker, Weezer, Prawn, Have Mercy, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2011, PUP have released a ten song self-titled LP in April of 2014, and a ten song LP titled The Dream is Over in May of 2016. Morbid Stuff is the band's latest LP, which was released via Rise records on April 5th, 2019. On Morbid Stuff, PUP offer up eleven tracks of melodic and infectiously catchy punk, grunge, emo, and indie rock. Overall, Morbid Stuff makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
