CURSE THESE METAL HANDS formed in early 2018 as part of a specially
commissioned collaborative performance for ARCTANGENT FESTIVAL.
Made
up of members from CONJURER and PIJN (HOLY ROAR RECORDS) the group were
tasked with creating a suite of original live compositions for the
event. The collaborative experiment was so kindly received by the
audience that CURSE THESE METAL HANDS would go on to continue working
together in the studio, reworking their performance into their debut
self-titled studio LP, released Autumn 2019.
Geographically far
flung and musically disparate, the members of PIJN and CONJURER sought
to combine elements of each band’s music, while taking inspiration from
classic British rock such as THIN LIZZY, modern American metal in the
vein of BARONESS and TORCHE, and even legendary singer songwriters like
ELTON JOHN.
Following the release of CURSE THESE METAL HANDS,
the group will also return for a second commissioned performance,
playing the record in full at ARCTANGENT 2019, along with rare,
exclusive dates to follow.

*Damn, this some really well played conceptual post metal and sludge. Curse These Metal Hands was released via Holy Roar records on August 16th, 2019. On Curse These Metal Hands, Pijn and Conjerer offer up four tracks of killer post metal and sludge. Overall, Curse These Metal Hands makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
