Dödläge is a Portland, Oregon based band who formed in 2014, from the looks of things. Dödläge play a brutal, scathing, and vicious as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, and d-beat within their sound. Musically, Dödläge can be loosely compared to Martydod, Tragedy, His Hero Is Gone, Holy Mountain, Old Lines, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2014, Dödläge have released a self-titled ten song EP in March of 2014, a self-titled ten song 7" in March of 2015, and a sixteen song LP titled Ritual Slaughter in August of 2016. Hostile Regression is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Phobia and Halvfabrikat records on July 28th, 2019. On Hostile Transgression, Dödläge offer up twelve tracks of venomous and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, crust, and d-beat. Overall, Holstile Transgression is an amazing album and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
