State Faults is a band from Santa Rosa, California who formed in 2009. State Faults play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, emo, and screamo within their sound. Musically, State Faults can be loosely compared to bands such as Loma Prieta, older Pianos Become The Teeth, Octaves, Caravels, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2009, State Faults have released a five song EP titled Head In The Clouds in September of 2010, a digital single titled Vespers in June of 2011, a digital single titled Arrowhead in November of 2011, an acoustic version of Vespers in July of 2012, an EP titled Ugly in September of 2012, an eleven song LP titled Desolate Peaks in May of 2012, and an eleven song LP titled Resonate/Desperate in November of 2013. Clairvoyant is the band's latest LP, which was released via No Sleep records on June 21st, 2019. On Clairvoyant, State Faults offer up eleven tracks of killer post hardcore, emo, and screamo. Overall, Clairvoyant makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
