Disrotted is a three piece band from Chicago, Illinois who formed in 2014. Disrotted play ominous and oppressive style of music that incorporates elements of doom, sludge, black metal, and noise within their sound. Since forming in 2014, Disrotted have released a self-titled demo in January of 2014, split with Bog Rot in January of 2014, a split with Anarchus in June of 2015, a four song EP titled Divination in July of 2016, a split with Moloch in May of 2017, a split with IRN in May of 2017, a split with Ledge in May of 2017, a split LP with Cloud Rat in May of 2017, an EP titled Nothing Left Inside in November of 2017, and a live LP titled Live In Osaka in December of 2018. Cryonics is the band's latest LP, which was released via Nerve Altar and Feast Of Tentacles records on May 31st, 2019. On Cryonics, Disrotted offer up two tracks of ominous, oppressive, and brutal as fuck sounding doom, black metal, sludge, and noise. Overall, Cryonics makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
