Fixation is a four piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in 2016, from the looks of things. Fixation play a vicious and aggressive style of bare bones straightedge hardcore/punk. Musically, Fixation can be loosely compared to bands such as The Repos, Spine, Chokehold, Infest, Negative Approach, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2016, Fixation have released a four song EP titled Here To Watch You Break in November of 2017, a four song digital promo in January of 2018, and an eight song EP titled Marked in August of 2018 Into The Pain is the band's latest EP, which was released via War records on May 10th, 2019. On Into The Pain, Fixation offer up four tracks of vicious and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore/punk. Overall, Into The Pain makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.
