Negative Space is four piece punk, post punk band from, Kent, UK who formed in early 2015, from the looks of things. Negative Space play a dark, frenetic, and tense style of music that incorporates elements of post punk and punk within their sound. Musically, Negative Space can be said to be influenced by bands such as Institute, Crisis, DNA, Diat, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2015, Negative Space have released a self-titled demo in June of 2015, a self-titled 7" in February of 2016, and a full-length LP titled Gestalt in November of 2017. Cruelty is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released via Drunken Sailor records on April 15th, 2019. On Cruelty, Negative Space offer up seven tracks of killer post punk and punk Overall, Cruelty is a killer LP and is an absolute must listen for fans of modern post punk. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
