I recently got a request to re-post this review, seeing that the record was recently released physically. Knock Over City is a three piece band from Lowell, MA who formed in
2011. Knock Over City play an interesting mix of music that
incorporates elements of punk, grunge, garage rock, and alt. rock within
their sound. Musically, Knock Over City can be said to draw
inspiration form a variety of diverse bands that include Built To Spill,
Hot Snakes, Bluetip, Piebald, Meneguar, California X, and other
like-minded bands. It's Bad, Dude is the band's latest full-length LP,
which was released via Constant Disappointment records on October 1st, 2018. On It's Bad, Dude, Knock Over
City offer up ten tracks of killer punk, grunge, garage rock, and alt.
rock. Overall, It's Bad, Dude makes for an awesome listen and
definitely should not be missed Highly recommended! Enjoy!
