I know Adam, posted Infant Island earlier in the week, but I want to do a post of my own and give this album a proper review. Infant Island is a four piece band from Fredericksburg, Virginia who formed in June of 2016. Infant Island play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of atmospheric post hardcore, post metal, punk, and screamo within their sound. Since forming in 2016, Infant Island has released a split with Small Hands in March of 2017 and a digital single titled Where There Is Rain in May of 2018. This is the band's debut LP, which was released via Middle-Man and Zegema Beach records on August 1st, 2018. On their self-titled debut LP, Infant Island offer up seven tracks of atmospheric post hardcore, post metal, punk, and screamo. Overall, Infant Island's debut LP makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
