Gillian Carter is a three piece band from Palm Bay, Florida who formed
in 2005. Gillian Carter play a killer style of music that incorporates
elements of post hardcore, punk, emo, and screamo within their sound.

influences, which definitely shows up in the band's sound and style.
Since forming in 2005, Gillian Carter have released a twenty three song
collection of their demos from 2005-2006, a ten song LP titled The Flood
That Came After The Storm in May of 2007, a thirteen song LP titled
Having Lost in November of 2011, a split with Ghost Aviary in January of
2012, a split with Henrietta and Echo Base in November of 2012, an
eight song LP titled Lost Ships Sinking With The Sunset in June of 2013, an eight song collection of songs from all the band's early splits
in January of 2014, a ten song LP titled Dreams Of Suffocation in April of 2016, a split 6" with Coma Regalia in June of 2016, and a split 7" with Eyelet in July of 2017. This Earth Shaped Tomb is the band's latest
full-length LP which was released via Skeletal Lightning records on
August, 31st 2018. On This Earth Shaped Tomb, Gillian Carter offer up fifteen
tracks of killer post hardcore, punk, emo, and atmospheric screamo.
Overall, This Earth Shaped Tomb makes for an amazing listen and should not be missed.
