Pallbearer is a four piece band from Little Rock, Arkansas who formed in 2010. Pallbearer play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of doom, metal, and sludge within their sound. Musically, Pallbearer can be loosely compared to bands such as Northless, Windhand, Conan, Elder, 40 Watt Sun, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2010, Pallbearer have released a self-titled demo in July of 2010, a five song LP titled Sorrow And Extinction in August of 2012, a six song LP titled Foundations Of Burden in August of 2014, a three song EP titled Fear And Fury in August of 2016, and most recently a digital single titled Dropout in April of 2018. Heartless is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Profound Lore records on March 24th, 2017. On Heartless, Pallbearer offer up seven tracks of ominous and heavy as fuck sounding doom, metal and sludge. Overall, Heartless makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.
