Casual Worship is a two piece band from Boise, Idaho who formed in 2017, from the looks of things. Casual Worship play a scorching and discordant style of music that incorporates elements of post punk, grunge, psychedelic metal, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, Casual Worship can be said to be influenced by bands such as The Jesus Lizard, Metz, Qui, Sonic Youth, Neurosis, Swans, Fugazi, Unsane, Buildings, Flipper, Shellac, Butthole Surfers, and Bleach era Nirvana. Since forming in 2017, Casual Worship have released a self-titled EP in February of 2018. II is the band's latest EP, which was released on July 27th, 2018. On II, Casual Worship offer up seven tracks of killer post punk, grunge, psychedelic metal, and noise rock. Overall, this is an awesome EP and definitely worth checking out. Great stuff! Enjoy!
