Hush is a six piece band from upstate New York who formed in 2012. Hush play a dark, ominous, and crushing style of music that incorporates elements of doom, post metal, and sludge within their sound. Musically, Hush can be loosely compared to bands such as Palehorse, Northless, Lightbearer, Thou, and Old Man Gloom. Since their inception in 2012, Hush have released a one track single simply titled Untitled I in November of 2012, a seven song LP titled Unexist, in June of 2014, and a five song LP titled Nihil Unbound in January of 2016. Untitled II is Hush's latest full-length LP, which was released on July 13th, 2018. On Untitled II, Hush offer up nine tracks of dirty, sludgy, and heavy as fuck sounding doom, black metal, and sludge. Overall, Untitled II is an amazing album and should not be missed.
