Era Bleak is a four piece band from Portland, Oregon who formed in 2017. Era Bleak features members of Piss Test and Dark/Light. Era Bleak play a tense, discordant, and unhinged style of post punk/punk. Musically, Era Bleak can be loosely compared to bands such as Libyans, Brain F, Arctic Flowers, and other like-minded bands. This is the band's debut self-titled demo, which was released via Dirt Cult records on April 13th, 2018. On their self-titled debut, Era Bleak offer up seven tracks of discordant high energy post punk/punk. Overall, Era Bleak's demo makes for a great listen and is definitely worth checking out.
