Atonement is a five piece band from CT who formed in late 2015 or early 2016, from the looks of things. Atonement play a brutal and metallic style of NYHC influenced hardcore. Atonement can be said to be influenced by bands such as Stigmata, Merauder, All Out War, Expire, Incendiary, and Trapped Under Ice. Since forming in 2016, Atonement have released a four song demo in February of 2016. Searching For Divinity is the band's latest EP, which was released on June 21st, 2018. On Searching For Divinity, Atonement offer up two tracks of brutal and crushing metallic hardcore. Overall, this is a killer EP and is definitely worth checking out. Great stuff. Enjoy!
