Tourist is a three piece band from Toronto, Ontario who formed in 2017, from the looks of things. Tourist play a vicious and scathing style of stripped down/bare bones hardcore/punk. Musically, Tourist can be loosely compared to bands such as Rash, Hoax, Glue, Wiccans, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2017, Tourist have released a five song demo titled Demo 2 in September of 2017. New Designs is the band's latest EP, which was released on March 25th, 2018. On New Designs, Tourist offer up ten tracks of killer stripped down hardcore/punk. Overall, this is a killer EP and definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
