DUALIST
is a newly formed group from Los Angeles, CA, comprised of former members of the previously
disbanded act ELITIST.! After a few
years away from the scene, the duo of Julian Rodriguez (guitar
& vocals) and Ben Kazenoff (drums) found themselves recharged and
ready to revisit the genre with a blank slate. With the addition of
former THINK AGAIN vocalist Robbie Gardunio and former ELITIST bassist Brian McGraw (bass & guitar), the band began writing and
recording in their hometown of Los Angeles, CA.
DUALIST incorporates the fast, aggressive, heavy and groovy elements expected from a modern hardcore/metal act, while paying an updated and revitalized homage to the early works of ELITIST.
'Inner Word' is their debut single that features a vocal guest appearrance by Michael Barr (ex-Volumes). This song is taken from DUALIST's debut EP 'Be Here Now' which will be released in March 2018. Amazing song.! Highly recommended.!!
