Here's a killer split LP featuring new material from Richmond, VA's Ostraca and Denton, TX's Flesh Born. Ostraca is a three piece band from Richmond, Virginia, who formed in
2015, from the looks of things. Ostraca play a volatile and chaotic as
fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust,
screamo, and emoviolence within their sound. Since forming in 2015,
Ostraca have released a six song EP titled Deathless in May of 2015 and a
six song LP titled Last in May of 2017. On their side of the split, Ostraca offer up three tracks of brutal, chaotic, and volatile sounding hardcore, punk, crust, screamo, and emoviolence. The next five songs on the LP come courtest of Flesh Born. Flesh Born is a four piece band from Denton, Texas who formed in early 2013, from the looks of things. Flesh Born play a volatile and chaotic style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, sludge, and noise rock within their sound. Since forming in 2013, Flesh Born have released a six song EP titled All The Pain I Built Up in April of 2013, an eight song EP titled Han in July of 2014, and a three-way split with Coma Regalia and Mothlight in January of 2015.
