Skinners is a four piece band from Bath, UK who formed in 2014, from the looks of things. Skinners play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, d-beat, and powerviolence within their sound. Musically, Skinners can be said to be influenced by Infest, Chokehold, Sick/Tired, and Crossed Out. Since forming in 2014, Skinners have released a seven song EP titled Ritalin in January of 2014, a seven song EP titled Myxomatosis Rabbits in May of 2014, a split with Volatile Idea in July of 2014, an eighteen song self-titled LP in February of 2015, an eight song EP titled Tape1 in October of 2015, a six song EP titled White Genocide Now (Tape 2) in January of 2016, and a digital single titled Sit Doyn Fuccboi in March of 2016. II is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released on February 24th, 2017. On II, Skinners offer up eighteen tracks of vicious, caustic, and completely unhinged hardcore, punk, de-beat, and powerviolence. Overall, II makes for a great listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
