Alseyoung is a one man project from Springfield, MA that started in 2016, from the looks of things. Alseyoung play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of black metal, doom, and sludge within its sound. As far as musical comparisons go, Alseyoung can be loosely compared to bands such as Thou, Grief, Year Of No Light, Eyehategod, Buzzoven, and other like-minded bands. Who Passes Through Fire is Alseyoung's debut twelve song demo, which was released on January 12th, 2017. On Who Passes Through Fire, Alseyoung offer up twelve songs of ominous and bleak sounding black metal, doom, and sludge. Overall, Who Passes Through Fire makes for a killer listen. Great stuff!
