Le Almeida is a Rio De Janeiro, Brazil based band who formed in 2007. Le Almeida play a hauntingly atmospheric and somewhat psychedelic style of music that incorporates elements of shoegaze, indie rock, and grunge within their sound. Musically, Le Almeida can be said to be influenced by bands such as Pixies, Guided By Voices, and Built To Spill. Since forming in 2007, Le Almeida have released a three song EP titled Fique Bem Com Dropes De Halls in January of 2007, an eight song EP titled Loufailandia in May of 2007, a four song EP titled Querida Deal in October of 2008, an eight song EP titled Revi in May of 2009, a three song 7" titled Transorpiracoes in November of 2010, a 22 song LP titled Mono Maca in July of 2011, a nine song LP titled Pre Ambulatorion in October of 2012, a five song EP titled Covers Pt. I in January of 2013, and a twelve song LP titled Paraleloplasmos in March of 2015. Todos As Brisas is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via IFB records on November 25th, 2016. On Todos As Brisas, Le Almeida offer up ten tracks of moody and psychedelic sounding Shoegaze, grunge, and indie rock. Overall, Todos As Brisas makes for a solid listen. Great stuff. Enjoy!
