Here's a cool split that I had to review after hearing featuring new material from Ft. Worth/Denton, TX based Innards and Jacksonville, Florida's The Caution Children. Innards are a four piece band from the Fort Worth and Denton areas of Texas who formed in 2009. Innards play a chaotic, volatile, and abrasive style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, and screamo within their sound. On their side of the split, Innards offer up two tracks of caustic and abrasive sounding post hardcore, punk, and screamo. The Caution Children are a five piece band from Jacksonville, Florida who formed in 2005. The Caution Children play an atmospheric style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, post rock, punk, and screamo within their sound. On their side of the split, The Caution Children offer up two tracks of tense, moody, and atmospheric sounding post hardcore, post rock, and screamo.
