Dark Blue is a three piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in early 2014, from the looks of things. Dark Blue play a dark and burly style of music that incorporates elements of 80's post punk and death rock. Dark Blue features members of Ceremony, Clockcleaner, Puerto Rican Flowers, Paint It Black, Purling Hiss, and Strands Of Oaks. Since their inception in 2014, Dark Blue have released a two song 7" titled Subterranean Man in February of 2014, a two song 7" titled Just Another Night With The Boys in July of 2014, an eight song LP titled Pure Reality in October of 2014, and a two song 7" titled Vicious Romance in January of 2016. Red, White is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Adagio 830 records on March 15th, 2016. Red, White collects all of Dark Blue's early and out of print 7" onto one full-length LP. Overall, Red, White is a killer LP and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
