Sleep Weather is a four piece band from Atlanta, Georgia who formed in March of 2014. Sleep Weather play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, post rock, punk, emo, and indie rock within their sound. Musically, Sleep Weather can be loosely compared to bands such as Small Brown Bike, Algernon Cadwallader, Sioux Falls, Old Gray, and Native. Since their inception in 2014, Sleep Weather have released a four song EP titled Two Wheels Spinning in March of 2014. Lake Joy is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released on cassette via Lost State Records on April 5th, 2016. On Lake Joy, Sleep Weather offer up nine tracks of melodic, dreamy, and atmospheric post hardcore, post rock, punk, emo, indie rock, and shoegaze.
