Sangus is a five piece band from Providence, Rhode Island, who formed in 2012. Sangus play a scathing and completely unhinged style of music draws inspiration from black metal, thrash, and a bit of a holy terror hardcore thrown in for good measure. Sangus' can be loosely compared to bands such as Power Trip, Noisem, Ghenna, Intrgrity, and Black Breath. These comparisons are only a good starting point of reference, because Sangus has a sound and style that's unique and completely their own. Since their inception in 2012, Sangus have released a three song EP titled Vengeful Brutality in May of 2013 and a four song 7" titled Saevitia in July of 2014. Pedicabo Mundi is the band's latest ten song EP, which was released on CD via ForzaMorte records on September 6th, 2015. On Pedicabo Mundi, Sangus offer up ten tracks of raw, scathing, and brutal as fuck sounding black metal, hardcore, punk, and thrash. Overall, Pedicabo Mundi is a killer EP and should not be missed.
