Heat Dust is a four piece band from New Orleans, LA who formed in December of 2009. Heat Dust play a dark and tense sounding post punk. Musically, Heat Dust can be said to be influenced by bands such as Joy Division, Wire, Gang Of Four, and other like-minded 80's post punk bands. This is Heat Dust's debut full-length LP, which was released via The Flenser records on June 4th, 2015. On their debut full-length LP, Heat Dust offer up ten tracks of dark and frenetic sounding post punk that's an absolute must listen for fans of Night Sins, IceAge, The Bellicose Minds, and The Elsinores. Overall, this is a fantastic post punk album and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
