Ampere was a North Hampton, Massachusetts based band who existed 2002-2011. Ampere featured Will Killingsworth from Orchid as well as many notable bands from the western MA area. Over the span of their lifetime, Ampere released a prolific amount of material that included three LPs as well as splits with bands that included Daitro, Wolves, Sinaloa, and Italy's Raein. On their side of the split, Ampere offer up three tracks of chaotic and volatile sounding post hardcore, punk, and screamo. Raein is a five piece band from Forlì, Italy who formed in 2002. Raein play a tense and powerful style of modern screamo that paved the way for bands playing modern screamo. On their side of the split, Raein offer up two tracks of intense and powerful post hardcore/screamo. This split 8" was released via No Idea records on August 7th, 2015.
