Typesetter is a four piece band from Chicago, Il who formed in the fall of 2012, from the looks of things. Typesetter play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of punk, emo, indie rock, and grunge within their sound. Musically, Typesetter can be loosely compared to bands such as Braid, Hot Water Music, Small Brown Bike, Prawn, Have Mercy, and older Pity Sex. Since their inception in 2012, Typesetter have released a five song EP titled #1 in December of 2012, and a three song EP titled #2 in August of 2013. Wild's End is Typesetter's debut full-length LP, which was released via Black Numbers records on October 14th, 2014. On their debut LP, Typesetter offer up twelve tracks of melodic, yet slightly dark sounding punk, emo, indie rock, and shoegaze. Overall, Wild's End is a killer LP and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
