Truman are a five piece band from Richmond, Virginia who formed in 2012. Truman play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, screamo, and emoviolence within their sound. Musically, Truman can be said to be influenced by bands such as Orchid, Ampere, Jerome's Dream, and Textbook Traitors. Since their inception in 2012, Truman have released a self-titled six song EP in January of 2014, and a self-titled two song cassette in March of 2014. Ikebana is Truman's latest six song EP, which was released digitally on March 22nd, 2015. On Ikebana, Truman offer up six tracks of chaotic and volatile as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, screamo, and emoviolence that's an absolute must listen for fans of Capacities, Republic Of Dreams, and Lentic Waters. Overall, Ikebana is a killer EP and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
