Abrams is a three piece band from Denver, Colorado who formed in early 2014. Abrams play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, sludge, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, Abrams can be said to be influenced by bands such as Fugazi, At The Drive-In, Helms Alee, These Arms Are Snakes, and Aeges. Abrams sound can best be described as a killer amalgamation of dirty groove laden guitar work, pummeling drums, snake-like bass lines, and harsh screamed/strained vocals that the ties the band's sound together in a tight little package. Since their inception in 2014, Abrams have released a four song EP titled February in May of 2014. Lust. Love. Loss is the band's debut full-length LP, which was self-released by the band on June 15th, 2015. On their latest LP, Abrams offer up ten killer tracks of sludge and noise rock tinged post hardcore. On their latest LP, Abrams have absolutely nailed it. I can't begin to describe how good this album is. Overall, Lust. Love. Loss is a fantastic LP and Abrams is an absolute must listen for fans of Helms Alee, Aeges, and Torche. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
