Cowards are a four piece band from Paris, France who formed in 2012. Cowards play a caustic, volatile, and brutal as fuck sounding style of modern metallic hardcore. Musically, Cowards can be said to be influenced by bands such as Converge, Gaza, Trapp Them, and Pariso. Since their inception in 2012, Cowards have released a six song 12" titled Shooting Blanks And Pills in June of 2012, and a five song EP titled Hoarder in September of 2013. Rise To Infamy is the band's latest ten song LP, which was released via Throatruiner records on February 5th, 2015. On Rise To Infamy, Cowards offer up ten tracks of caustic, chaotic, and brutal as fuck sounding music that blurs the lines between hardcore, punk, crust, sludge, and black metal.
